Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are appealing. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, exchanges, and refunds. Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times. Required Skills : Previous retail experience preferred but not required. Basic communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attention to detail and organizational abilities. Enthusiasm for learning about products and sharing that knowledge with customers.
